The independence of self catering is a great way to enjoy the great outdoors and the activity adventure in North Wales, especially for the longer duration breaks and week holidays.

We offer a range of cottages 3 and 4 star standard from small 2-4 person upto 8 people in rural and town locations throughout the region through North Wales Country Cottages. Many of the cottages are traditional stone built accommodations which have been refurbished for holiday lets.

Hafod Farm Cottage near Betws y Coed sleeps upto 8 people in 4 bedrooms with one ensuite. The 300 year-old house has been fully modernised whilst retaining original features such as beams, floors and fireplaces.

Facilities: Furnished sympathetically in keeping with this original style, and to very high standards, facilities include under floor heating in all ground floor rooms, central heating to upper rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, Sky TV, DVD and garden furniture. A pond and small stream in the garden means small children should be supervised when outside. Bedlinen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included, with an initial supply of logs. This is a no smoking property.

Weekend breaks are available but are restrictive at peak times of the year.
