Scramble upstream as you ascend a river gorge in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. There are a number of small (and not so small) waterfalls and pools en route, requiring you to wade, scramble, climb, squeeze, jump, slide and swim.

You will be kept warm by a wetsuit, afloat by a buoyancy aid and safe by a harness. You will have a qualified, experienced instructor with you at all times.

After breakfast the next morning you are up to our infamous “Big Abseil”, a 100 foot vertical cliff in a nearby slate quarry. After being shown the technique, you will descend this cliff on your own, no problem………gulp!

Accommodation: Your stay is in a comfortable, 2 star standard bed and breakfast, based on a twin or double occupancy with ensuite.
